Any idea where it sounds like the noise is coming from? Front? Rear? Left? Right?
Is it a "tic" sound, or a real genuine "clank" (like hitting a piece of metal with a hammer)?

Since this is the internet and uninformed opinions are encouraged, I'll take a worn rear swaybar bushing. Here's to hoping the OP follows up with more info. =)

Is this the same noise you spoke about on your 01-07-2010 post concerning the powerflex bushing install?
If so I would start again with the suggestions on that post -- ie double check all -- it is so easy to overlook one little bolt or nut. Jack it up, inspect visually and shake - pull - twist on everything possible. Look for metal to metal contact points. -
2003 Mini S. Coming from the front. The brakes have been done. I believe in 06, but need to double check that. It's definitely more of a tic and it's coming from the front for sure.
Re: Powerflex bushing for the back, those were installed and work fine. -

Could just be a brake pad shifting in the caliper...

The caliper bushings might be sticking to too. When they "release" it might cause that clunk too.
