How did you like the KPAX car? Local racers.

 

Yes, I am thinking of taking a road trip down to 3R and browsing around the shop for a few hours, I hope Bob will not mind.

They have gone top of the line since our Vintage racer days.

Although, they still do Vintage too.

Looking forward to seeing more pictures.

Great photos Chuck. I hope Mid-Ohio gets the Tudor and Continental Challenge races back next year along with the IMSA guys.

 

I sure hope they do to. This year Mid-Ohio sure was missing an important part. I had fun, but it just wasn't the same.

 

Don't forget, the Nascrap cars are running there this month.

 

That's a non-event for me. It's a shame they've locked folks out of the paddock again this year.

 

The Paddock thing is NASCAR dictated and only those with NASCAR credentials are permitted. Don't be surprised when the France family makes the same move for the TUDOR series. Did Mid-Ohio throw everyone out of the paddock on Sunday of the Indy Car race like they did last year?

 

Yes not Mid-Ohio's call but the dis-organizers. Bet they lose quite a few paying customers because of that. It blows me away no Friday & no paddock. Nutz I sez. :crazy:

Sure hope that doesn't happen with the Tudor series, but ya never know. Good way to keep more folks away.

As far as the paddock goes I don't know, I was a Friday photog. Watched the race on TV sitting my comfy chair.
