Selling a Milltek header with a blown cat, but it's also ported to fit the RMW head. Has about 10K miles on it, flex joint is still good. Perfect for racing/track use, or Milltek will sell you a new cat for about $600. You may also be able to have an aftermarket cat welded in to make it street legal.

Prefer local pickup (Portland, OR), or buyer pays shipping.

    Asking $250

If someone were to get this for $500 and get a new cat for $600 they might as well spend another $100 and get a brand new one.

The price is OBO. And it's not mandatory to get the factory cat, you could get an aftermarket one that would work just as well for a LOT cheaper. I simply put that in there in case someone wanted to keep it factory Milltek.

I don't think the street/race headers come with cats. Again, it's OBO guys.

    Might I remind....

    2. Respect the Seller – Yeah, that asking price is painfully high, the seller will soon find out when no one buys it. No need to trample over the sellers thread with comments like “Dude that price is insane, are you Palo Uber?” Let it go, or offer a lower price more along what the market is really paying. Don't like the brand or product the seller has listed. Let it be and move on. Others may like that brand or product. This is Sales area, leave the discussion of the merits elsewhere.

when you say blown cat, do you mean the current one is gutted or just blocked up etc? (from the pic it looks to be empty) Also id be curious to know how much it would cost to ship something like that.

Porting a Milltek to fit a RMW header is a lot of work. A lot. Ask me how I know. Also, the cats that Milltek uses are HJS high-metal cats from Germany. You could save a couple of hundred buxx by not getting it from Milltek.

jeffster06, the header is gutted, was blown out (car had too much HP). As Helix said, the Milltek factory cats are super high quality and custom built for this setup, but you could replace it with something much cheaper and still have it work for emissions on your car.

    Price dropped!

What will happen I'd I just bolt it up to the jcw header?
I assume that the air flow will not be as efficient as in the velocity of the exhaust gas. Maybe lose torque?? I am not ready to buy a rmw head.
The how much would it be to ship to Colchester Vermont.
I would like to get a price on shipping prior to giving you a price since I have to factor in the cost for install. Last question will it throw a code?

lumlumty, I'm assuming you mean the JCW head? It'll work fine, I think the JCW head is no different than the standard S head.

Air flow is more efficient, that's the point in having an aftermarket header.

My zip is 97210, imagine it weighs about 20lbs, I'll have to find out.

And yes, since the cat is blown, it will throw a code.

Is there a way to trick the sensor? I guess welding a new cat would do too

Yeah, you can do the electronic circuit route, or put a cat on it if you want to be street legal.
