    based on my current 2004 Mini if I wait another 10 years until I can afford one I'd be close to retirement age.....scary thought. LOL Nice looking Mini.

    Had great fun racing with my friends who had Pinto's. They were all old Showroom stock cars that were too old so they ran in IT. A few were refugees from the old IMSA RS days. The old days were fun. :D

    Is that the best MINI can do really? I would rather spend my money on the RMW X-1 a real RACE CAR.

    At least MINI is building these for a race series that will happen. Jan does nice stuff, but the RMW X-1 doesn't do much to promote the MINI brand like the race series in Europe does.

    What I didn't add here was that they still have their own class: GTP.

    But because there is not as many of them around as there was ten years

    ago they are put in with ITB/ITC to make a full field. Just as info.
