Having used one of these on many a road trip I found it to work rather well at keeping cool things cool. However, do not expect to take warm things and cool them down. They work best when the items are already chilled.
Are you in charge of drinks or some item that you need to keep cold for your Holliday party! Pack it in your MINI Cool Bag, plug it in your MINI's aux. power port and you are good to go for how ever long your trip may be!
