    MINI customer service sucks.

    Go to a local body shop paint supply and they can custom mix any color you want. They just need your VIN.

    It will also be cheaper then the MINI parts counter.

    The other option, because your dealership sucks, is contact eMINIparts. :Thumbsup:

    Imo you might want to explore "other options"....it kinda sounds like your dealership is pretty scary.... honestly i can't fathom a dealer that doesn't have TouchUp paint, even a 3rd party brand for customers....guess they want to "discrouge" diy activity's?!

    At quick glance the touch up paint pens look to be a fairly inexpensive setup for minor paint repairs.

    I used them on my MINI. Perfect no, but it does the job.
