    4 weeks now I have patently waited, not a freaking word. I done with patent.
    Has anyone, had this warranty work done anywhere in the USA?

    Nathan, can you provide the link to that letter.
    I have MINI assistance on the line, they say if I didn't get a letter mine isn't covered.
    It does say "certain Mode Year 2002-2005". The person I have on the phone, is saying if I didn't get a letter I'm not affected. I have a July, 2003 MINI Cooper S.

    The next person I spoke to there confirmed my MINI has had the Warranty extended, but I must have the dealership diagnose the issue so I can be put on the repair list to get it repaired.

    I checked their site, entered the VIN of my 2003 and it came back with "no recalls". Where is the documentation of your information please?
