Stanceworks is like a plague on the automotive community.

I suppose it's fortunate for us that companies like BMW and MINI don't agree with your personal opinion. We do our best to build a community of enthusiasts with open minds and celebrate their passion for all things car-oriented. While some others don't agree with our personal tastes, it's an honor to know that many of the OEM companies and aftermarket manufacturers support us in our love for the hobby and appreciate our work so much. We'll continue to do what we love because that's what car enthusiasm is all about. :biggrin5:

Thanks, Chuck! I hope things are well back in Ohio.

Although slammed, our cars still remain driveable and most get driven every day. The clubman was my daily driver through the LA streets once I moved to the other coast and I clocked thousands and thousands of miles as it also served as the transport vehicle for any StanceWorks track work that we did.

Sadly, it was. Someone in a lifted truck ran through a red light down on PCH and totaled my car. I was lucky enough to walk away from the accident, but I certainly miss my old clubman.

Slamming cars so they become undriveable in the real world is not for me. That being said Rally & others at Stanceworks do a good job at what they love. I'm very happy Rally got some recognition. Way to go!

Rally, we miss you back in Ohio. Have you replaced the Clubman. Love the style, the clothing and the enthusiasm!

Wasn't the clubman totaled last year or got in some accident?

Sorry about your MINI Rally. That sucks, but you are OK that's what counts. I forgot that you were on airbags & can raise your car to useful levels. Just being old & forgetful here.

We are doing well in Ohio. We miss your smiling face. It's been too long.

One of our favorite pastimes at Helix is to lure Mr. Wolf into the shop under the pretense of a jovial car conversation (something he excels at) and then drop the bomb: "stance". It's like lighting of a brick of firecrackers in an elevator: a little scary, but a lot of fun!

Personally I like it, in the same way the I like Deadmau5. It's really cool, but I'm too old.

Fair enough - Sorry about your car though, despite my dislike for that particular brand of car 'enthusiasm' - it is hard to lose something you put time and energy into.

Just for you Eric - that rating would be
-n where n is a number between -1 and negative infinity (if there is such a number). :biggrin5:
