    I was thinking the same thing, especially after reading the very last sentence in the article.

    If MINI sues, the owners of the seven golf carts already produced will suddenly own a very rare collectors' item, yes? Or would MINI somehow find a way to enforce the demolition of them, similar to what happens to counterfeit haute couture merchandise?

    I agree..... This guy's in trouble and probably doesn't know it yet. The debacle trying to get a lowly MINI calendar produced with pic's of M/A member's MINI's doesn't even come close to stirring that hornets nest.

    I would think their lawyers have already looked into this. As "sue" crazy as the world is now, they must have done so.

    The most incriminating evidence is the MINI logo on the bonnet (do golf carts have bonnets :crazy:). Maybe without them he's borderline legal

    Can I get those wheels for my classic Mini? :) Those golf carts are pretty cool but I can see this guy getting sued.
