Very glad you got all your parts back Dave. What you have experienced is what has been normal for me over the years.

OK, all caught up after two days of intense reading. I'm new to the forum, new to classic minis and just got my hands on an '73 Inno 1300 Export. We have a mutual friend, John McGee over here near Annapolis. Any chance you want to do all this to my mini? I promise it won't be half the headache. I think mine is all original. :Whistling:

Ugh delays. I hate when I get into a project and I don’t have every part I need. Drives me nuts.

Isn't that the way it always is ?? You have a part and you put it in a safe place so it won't get lost and then you can't seem to find it.

I have always been a fan of weber carbs, I guess because I like having to monkey with stuff.:D Does a duel weber setup work well on these?

And what great shop sent you the flat pipes, I thought round and new was round and new? Sigh! Looks like a 3 pounder will fit/fix it with a big enough socket.

    :(
