Mark,
That is FANTASTIC. How much does it weigh? You should go into production with it  -

DUDE, I WANT ONE OF THOSE!!!!!
Mark, did you make it yourself? If it's has to do with metal, I can usually make it. Throw in wood and I'm done..... LOL.
If you made it, would you consider making another?
Let me know.

Mark, you're not going to be able to do 150 with a trailer in tow
I must say that trailer looks sharp -
(2) 700lb jetskis on it.
It was priceless.

I did not build the trailer, this fellow did;[email protected]
Joe lives just north of Indianapolis, where he custom builds them, and he also builds them on spec. and sells them on ebay.
They ride on a square tube frame, with a torsion bar suspension. He uses alloy wheels, with radial tires, not regular trailer tires/wheels. It follows the Clubman so well it's easy to forget it's back there. The cabin is made out of Birch plywood, covered in your color choice of aluminum. Ours is a light pewter color (gray). He uses vinyl flooring, and solid oak cabinets.
The trailer weighs 600 lbs. with a tongue weight of only 80 lbs. So the rear of the Clubman does not ride any lower in the back. I figure fully loaded with gear/food/clothes/bedding, we may add another 150 lbs or so, with most of that in the rear, or over the axle, so tongue weight should not ever go over 100 lbs.
Some other amenities include a 110/12 volt electric system, with a marine deep cycle battery/built in charger. There are 2 reading lamps inside, along with a 110 and 12 volt plug-ins, the roof vent has a built in fan. There is a light over each door, plus a light in the rear hatch to light the galley, and plugs over the counter top. All the woodwork has 3 coats of polyurethane, and the underside is sprayed with an automotive undercoating.

Latest addition, now we have some cover. Could even leave the roof vent open in the rain.

Because MeRV is a home built trailer, with no title or VIN# I have to get him inspected before I can get a license plate for him. At least that is what you need to do here in Missouri.
