I was searching on Google to see where the Nashville dealer was and found that it is also the BMW service place. I was shocked by all the bad reviews for the BMW service center... how are the folks with your Minis? I don't want a car that I can't get good service for. This has me worried because I don't want any other car... I want a MINI! Has anyone had their Mini Cooper serviced up there? Are they okay?
I've taken mine up there twice. Once for brakes and once for bonnet stripes. Both times they did well. I live between MINI of Nashville and MINI of Birmingham and since Bham opened, I have only been taking mine there for the past 2 years. The reason I do is because its a seperate MINI only facility so I like being around my own kind! Not because of anything negative at Nashville.
Thank you for your replies. Your comments help. If your available April 30th please see my post about a Cruise-In.
After eight years of owning MINIs and relying on service there, I can safely say that generally speaking, MoN is a good outlet for sales & service. Things improved greatly once they put effort behind a dedicated MINI service staff at the front desk. In the bays behind the scene, the majority of the MINI techs there are also really pretty good. Like most dealerships, they routinely deal with their share of putzes and needy folks. So once they develop a relationship and get to know you, things are good to go.
