I was working on a map packet for the MOTD 2018 Donut Run and I came across this image on Google Maps:

That might make a very interesting 'drive' during the first week of May.

That adds a whole new meaning to the "Donut" run!

PS: I highly recommend the donut run, as I'm picking up leadership duties this year. We will be on the same roads to Donuts and to OutMotoring, but this year we will be adding a (completely optional) return trip home via the Cherohala Skyway! I'm also running the Sunrise Drive through the Smoky's on Thursday morning, which is still my favorite drive ever. Whenever I need to mentally go to my 'happy place', it's that drive down Little River Road that I remember.

    It does exist!

It’s pretty overgrown, and I didn’t get much of a look at it, but it looks like a home build site that has been used once or twice for rallycross events... Don’t know what it would take to use it, or if the neighboring houses would approve, but there’s some damn good sushi to be had right down the street!

Now, see? If you had kept the Porker, you could have tested out that track AND plowed thru the snows at Robbinsville!

    That’s trippy

When did they start using the accelerometer to control what you see when in street view?

I agree Jeff, but I would rather have my Jeep back more than the Porker... It would just suit all around life here better especially with the family.

I went back up to the spot shown on google earth today to check it out further now that it wasn’t raining and crappy... Even the house in the picture is GONE! It’s driveway is there, I even parked in it for a minute! But that entire lot is just grassed over with only a couple tire tracks in the dirt. [IMG]

Ahhh, aren't those MINI USA folk the sly ones! Now that their Dragon Slayer site has been exposed, they will find another more secluded [yet close by] venue to do their testing...just to keep our curiosities peaked! :Devilish:
