We have seen more confirmation that the Countryman Coupe, previously known as the Paceman will debut as a 2013 Model. Car & Driver states that MINI has confirmed the model will go on sale following a debut at the Paris Auto Show this fall. If we follow the usual release method that MINI and BMW employ the model will first be on sale in Europe in the fall of 2012 with US sales expected to start Spring 2013. It is expected that the Countryman Coupe will share all the Countryman’s choice of front- and all-wheel drive, as well as that car’s naturally aspirated and turbocharged four-cylinders. A John Cooper Works version with a 208-hp turbo four likely will make it to the lineup, too
