    Just doin' their job.

    My wife is an engineer, she doesn't get any special recognition just because she's a woman. She does a good job and gets paid the same as her male colleagues. What more is expected? She would be embarrassed to get an award just because of her gender.

    ^^^ I agree but society is so PC now we have to award everyone for working if they are not white males.
