    MotorAuthority today posted a video of the MINI Roadster caught on track at the Ring. They also report the Roadster will make it's debut at the LA Auto Show in November.

    Rumor has it that the Roadster will come with a simple manually operated folding soft-top, a design that should ensure the car remains light and affordable.

    I love the idea of a manual top. My Miata is a piece of cake to drop the top on. Love to see the roadster be the same way.

    I think the roadster is going to be one sweet MINI. Bet they sell a bunch...

    Love the Coupe' hardtop, 2; test drove 1 over the wkend and, even tho it was a Justa (like the Roadster in the video), it still had that MINI sound I love so much, and was a blast 2 drive!

    I think Moni has a winner in this car.

    It looks great with the top up and I'll bet it looks even better when the top is down. I think Mini has a winner in this model because even the people that did not like the original vert will go for this one.

    Have to ask, is that sound track right for that roadster video, sounded aggressive to my old ears. :)
