That's the site that is not working. The file permissions are messed up and the files can't be downloaded. FF downloads something, but it is only 139k and I haven't bothered to look and see what it is.
Here's a ZIP file. Renamed to .PDF so it would upload here. Right click and save it. After you download it, rename it. Remove the .PDF extension and change it to .ZIP. Only has about half a dozen color options.
