    I saw that car and took pics of it a few months ago. It was a wrapped promo car with Taylor Swift graphics. It was parked in a lot on Melrose, not an alley, and it looked like the grafitti was planned as it was on all of the fencing and building wall, almost like a grafitti gallery, if that makes any sense.

    I have a bunch of pics I can post later.
