After seeing the video of this in action (MotoringFile Archive MINI’s Mission Control in Action (Video)), I think it's pretty silly. Although it would be cute at first, it would get annoying really quick. I am disappointed that they wasted their time on something so gimmicky as this, but the car lacks proper temp gauges, has tons of wheel gap, and a lot of other things that their engineers could have been working on instead... I can just see the puzzled expressions on customers' faces when I explain this feature to them!
