    It was a "US Sales Satisfaction Index Study" and had nothing to do with the car at all.

    Did you find a dealership? Yes
    Did they all smile and greet you when you walked in? Yes
    Did salesman offer you food and Drink? Yes
    Did you buy a car? Yes
