Motorists using a road near a village nature reserve found their route blocked by this inferno. A member of the public photographed the burning Mini Cooper in Hill Lane, by Hill Hole Nature Reserve, Markfield, yesterday afternoon. Crews from Coalville fire station were called to the scene just after 4pm. A fire service spokeswoman said: “By the time they arrived, the black Mini Cooper was already well alight. “The police were called and the road closed as the car was in the middle of the road and obstructing traffic.†She said the blaze was quickly put out and crews left the scene at just after 4.30pm. The occupants of the car, however, were nowhere to be found. No-one was hurt in the incident. “We believe the fire was started deliberately and the incident was left in the hands of the police,†said the spokeswoman.
Ima thinkin the police need to check what the folks in Coalville are driving.... The locals may not like cars that run on gasoline.... If all you can find are coal stations.... Selling this for local cars... Well.... Thar you go.... Case solved...
Update: The arsonists are very sorry. They thought the car was an F56 and were trying to make a statement.
She had told him, "no more spending money on mods". He thought she wouldn't notice. She taught him a lesson.
