    Hmmm..lets see....
    only TWO real models to sell...others are pretty well aged out...
    and those keep getting recalled....up to 5 now?
    Side impact protection....and it was a FAILURE, NOT A 4 star to a 5 star like some like to say, an F in the test....
    now ENGINE FAILURES...Hmm...I know MINI has a history of rough model introductions....but still....
    hate to be a cynic...but the Germans (I own a VW now)are doing the kinda of stuff GM/FORD was famous for YEARS ago....and are getting caught...

    I was at the local dealer this week. They are running out of places to park all the unsold MINIs. When I asked the MINI Genius at the front desk about all the cars sitting outside he told me they can't keep them in stock & all of those just came off the truck. :wink:
