I understand that sales are currently down and you are claiming that the F56 will result in them staying down. I think Mark made a good point in his review that even though the "enthusiast" might not buy it, it will still be a big seller (which is what it seems that Jim believes as well). So what exactly am I missing. Being ugly to an enthusiast doesn't equal poor sales.

The owners are all welcome, its just the car that is ugly.

Any MINI or BMW is not a bulletproof quality built car and they are overpriced for what you get.
People read crap like consumer reports and will buy a Ford Focus or other cars that are more appealing to the eye and better built. -

The other person and I have had issues in the past. That was not directed at anyone but him.

We'll JUSTA Jim left M/A because he could not wear big boy pants and got all butt hurt.
Oh well the Internet and M/A goes on without him. -
Guess the 2015 will be delayed....
We’ve held off reporting until we had all the facts. But it makes the reality no less disappointing to would-be owners. Due to the EPA certification of 2015 F56 models, MINI USA is targeting 10/1 as the deliver date for model year ’15 F56 MINIs.Click to expand...
So much for a smooth introduction....
think the NSA spying on the Germans and the Germans complaing has something to do with certification "issues"? -

Old Grand Prix, as in Old
Grand Prix? -
jfc said: ↑I just bought a 2014 F56 base. It is a mini certified with 4 thousand miles, $4,000 off the sticker price and I really like it. I needed to replace an old grand prix. The dealer delivered it for free, a 150 mile delivery. The computer showed it got 38 mpg on the trip. It is much quicker than second gen mc's with the base engine, but slower than a second gen S.
I chose a mini because we have a 2012 roadster S convertible, that we keep in Arizona, which I also really like.Click to expand...
