    I was trying not to insert an I in Dave.O statement above, just could not not get it done!

    For some reason, I don't think I can see our guy in a classic, he is a blue to the core R53 type of guy. :) ;)

    That concept looks even worse than the leaked photos. They missed the mark... big time.

    Sadly, minimalism is in conflict with MINI's aspirations to be "premium" (both image and price).

    what is going on around the scuttle

    I like this better than another photo I saw. I am not sold on whatever is going on around the scuttle. I would miss the DS fuel filler. Need to those tail lights on the real car and hoping they look better than the photo presents.

    Hopefully the real car will be toned down a bit (a lot) this is just a concept, right?
    I kind of like the steering wheel though.

    edit - just saw the F56. Actually I prefer this one.

    Very true. I would love to have a classic JCW, red with white stripes of course.

    Or What about a classic with a R53 engine instead of the V-Tech. :arf:
