Ha Ha, yeah I would never copy somebody else's work (outside of a stenciled image in my paint work) I actually shunned away everything M7 for that very reason!
I might be able to build something similar, but if another small shop is building them, I would rather "add to" than steal their idea. That's just the way I operate! [emoji2]

Here is one of their VW bus stoves for approximate size reference... They are going to email me MINI pictures when they can! [emoji6]

Dang, Dick, with your talents in metalworking, why don't you just make your own MINI stove from the pic? I KNOW you can do it, and then you can market it as an additional "way" to get to that future NC location.

The point, is that someone, what looks like a small shop much like Dicks, came up with a killer idea, and your first suggestion was to copy it. Would be cooler to support -any- small shop of innovations, Dick, them, whoever. -

Pinterest has a neat wood burning stove someone made from the rear end of a Classic. People can do these things, ya know, and unless the stove belongs to a company name, what harm if there in making one with one's own take? I'd never suggest that Dick copy that MINI stove and market it under his name...that's just not right. However, everyone has a right to express himself. Look at his take on the Ratmobile...I don't suppose other rat owners are screaming that he took their ideas. It's all good.
