You think MINI quality and reliability suck now just think if they were made here.:lol::lol::lol:
Well.... If you really drill down into the worker's reasoning for the upcoming strike.... It's because they really miss working on and making the lovely R56 JCW... Some of them are experiencing the long term mental anguish of being in close vicinity with the new models.... Sadly... It's negatively affecting the assembly workers..... And they aren't going to take it anymore.... Rumor has it that there is a hidden 3rd shift skunk works that still are producing the R56 JCW in Dark Silver with black top (but only with manual transmissions)and sneaking them onto the delivery boats... But you need to know someone....
I'm not saying the R53 song at full chat isn't great because it is, but it comes in second place to a Porsche flat six singing its song. :arf:
If we're headed off topic, I'd like to vote the V10 in the Porsche Carrera GT as being the greatest song of all.
Don't leave out the SAAB 2 stroke. Ring ding ding ding - Ring ding ding ding..... Plus a load of 2 stroke smoke following close behind.
I had a Saab dealer on my paper route and they were a very unique car ... well more like a very oddball car but lovable.
