So this will run with the real 4 cylinder turbo MINI engine, and not the 6 cylinder substitute BMW engine seen at the recent Dakar rally.

    So is the S2000 a 1.6 liter or a 2.0 liter engine?

Xtrac 6-speed sequential transmission. Specifically the 633 Rally Gearbox.

    633 Rally Gearbox

Xtrac’s ‘633’ 4WD transmission has been designed specifically to cater for Rally cars competing under the FIA WRC & Super 2000 regulations, in series such as the Intercontinental Rally Challenge (IRC) and WRC championship WRC & S-WRC.

The gearbox specification meets all the requirements of the FIA S2000 / WRC homologation regulations and has been approved for use in S2000 / WRC championships by the FIA. To meet the FIA’s requirements Xtrac has achieved the lowest possible costs, whilst ensuring a technically reliable and lightweight transmission solution built to its normal industry-leading quality standard.

Yes, but then this is, sort of, a standard Countryman bodyshell with lots and lots of custom bits added to it.

In contrast the Dakar racer did not have any Mini in it at all, except for the exterior styling which was like a Mini blown up by 30%.
