I have no idea what Tri-Colored Pasta is, but if one is "Red" and tastes like rasberries, I'm there!!
I'm guessing since pasta and Italy go together like MINIs and twisties, you'll have your basic red, green and white colors. This of course would translate into Cherry, Lime and Coconut flavors. Course I'm just guessing.
