Thank you Dave. I so wanted to say that, but my indoctrination lecture on how nice those cars are started kicking in. Maybe I need an R53 intervention, I hear homemade lasagna & beer are good for that.

I'll bet he hydrolocked the engine..... And with the water damage inside the cabin it's probably a writeoff... That's one MINI that will soon be offered for sale in a car dealership near you in Mexico or Puerto Rico or Kazakhstan.....
