i also sacrificed some corvettes at the track the other day....to insure a slightly dryer week

nabeshin, when would you be showing up? We could split a room or find some body else to get a cabin.

Anyone need to split a room or cabin let me know. I'm coming down for sure and flying solo.

Driving the classic up to the Dragon is a brave deed? Or the fact of the Dragon traffic puts the classic at risk?

I would think a classic on the Dragon would be a hoot.

 

Driving from Florida is a long haul for some classics and I have been in a carvan where a classic did not make it before and had to be towed home:frown5: Indeed, once there, the classic would be a hoot!!

Well I guess I should drop in with some news...

I know Barry (snooter) has started the planning process. He also is looking for someone with Dreamweaver experience to help make the MOTD site even better.

I'll be heading up registration again this year, the call for volunteers to assist will go out soon. It's a hoot to work a registration shift. They usually last no more than 2-3 hours and you get to meet so many people too.

As much as I'd like M/A to be the place to get all MOTD info I'm also a realist that knows there is still a big contingent on "that other site" that still gets their info there.

Snooter is the moderator of the MOTD section here on M/A, if you want an item stickied please ask him, otherwise I'll forward your request to him.

Look for more news often in the MOTD forum area.

Diablita :devil: and I are planning to attend MINIs on the Dragon 8 in 2010 .... I have never been, and plan to enjoy the nice long drive from Sunny Southern California to join all of ya!

 

My pop and I plan on attending. Cross your fingers that there are no conflicts b/w MOTD and my final semester of exams! opcorn:

 

I heard some folks planning ahead and getting their teachers to allow them to take their test ahead of time

 

lol I doubt any of my professors would go for that. However, there is one that drives a MINI, sadly he doesn't teach any of my classes.

 

We will be there again next year with our four legged children. Can't Wait!!!

 

I will be there but not staying in Fontana this year. It has really gotten to expensive for what your get, so I am staying with friends in Sylva and relatives in Topton and will make the drive there daily for the festivities.
