Amazing weekend at Brands Hatch with record TA crowds of over 7,500 people and plenty of MINI owners there too considering the football was on. We had over 60 MINI lovers in the pit garage at one stage so a big thank-you for the support shown from across all the MINI forums by those who ventured out to support the six MINI's entered. Few photo's from the pit garage... We had our own pit area with weighbridge, wi-fi and our own little parking area - thoroughly spoilt by the organisors but this was needed with six MINI's entered for Brands - Jove, Brownpants, Tristo, 1320MINI, O'Dwyer & DavidB A few from inside the garage quickly ventured out to have their pic taken with the Modified Live Pit Girl, one MT'er taking his chance to have a good look at her chassis, see if you can spot the perv ) MINI Lovers everywhere! Jove getting asked for an autograph on a copy of Modern MINI magazine featuring his car and the nice lady wasn't even paid to do it and it wasn't his Mum either! On track action: Jove waving to the crowds.. Jolly good show.... Ok, that was bad, thanks for sharing. Looking to see ya'll move up those podium steps as the season goes on. Please keep us updated.
Ha ha ha... cheers mate, will update the thread from the next two rounds. If we can finish 3rd overall we'll be VERY happy as the competition is very stiff.

Wait, that looks like a skinny Brat Pitt and skinny 'superman' :cornut: Congrats to Nigel and Jove... and good showing for Team MT!!!
Well its racing time again this weekend... but sadly the Power Ranger won't be in attendance! We took the car to Cadwell Park on Tuesday to do some pre-weekend testing and managed to cook the engine... Dave forgot to put oil in it ut: So with not enough time to do the required repairs we thought we'd have to sit this one out... but that was Tuesday... [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_dQXlBFxOY]YouTube - Team MT is Back![/ame] Thanks to the team spirit on MT, the guys from MiniCraft in Sussex have lent us their MINI to run in the event! :cornut: Thankfully the Club class is based around the driver rather than the car so swapping into another MINI is allowed. This means if we can get into the superbattle we have a chance of staying 2nd in class with only one event left after this one! We've never driven this MINI before so it will be a steep learning curve but with circa 330bhp on tap, it should hopefully be competitive. For more info on the car go here: TAW 327's Garage :: MINICRAFT And for live updates on Team MT which includes 5 other MINI's running this weekend, check this thread for live updates on Sunday...
