Hey Guys, I put this together as a promo for a upcoming Rallye for the St. Louis MINI Club. Love to have you join us but minimally wanted to give you a taste of Missouri back roads. Let's Motor! [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lZFjsUCZYcg"]YouTube - Fall Rallye Promo[/ame]
Nice, almost made me want to drive the MINI out when I visit in the Branson area. But the road back to the farm is rocky, red clay, no no no. Not this year.
This link should answer both yer questions. Pretty slick little unit American Mini Mates, LLC | Digital Video Cameras
Almost?....., Ah Don I know I would have arrived on my maiden video editing journey if I got you to drive all the way from Colorado for this!
Y'all got the best roads. Used to drive the interstate to Columbia 2 or 3 times a year before we got our li'l guy, now the drive is any alphabet road going in our general direction 'till we get there or back. What took right at 6 hours now extends into an 8 or 10 hour drive and no two trips are the same, accidental detours notwithstanding. Also, 160 East out of Branson is the nuts and ya better pack a lunch.
I hear ya about alphabet soup. When my point A to Z trips started twistin all over gods missouri creation I started lookin at maps to find the nastiest twisties I could find. Saw really cool roads like "Pigeon Roost Rd" and "Pig Snoot Rd" and the like. Problem is that if you can actually find the road sign that identifies em' they are gonna be gravel! Rule of thumb in Mizzourah.... Stick to Letters and Numbers!
Cool video, great roads, but I'm not crazy about the Harley biker song choice.... Revving American Iron and steppenwolf just doesn't work for me. But other than that, it was really good! dp
glad you liked it first choice was "Low Rider" by War but I had bought it from iTunes and their draconian copy rules weren't playing well with my video editing software.
