    Take a breath before your trip to MOTD and register for MITM. :)

    Registration is open, room rates are good. Events will be fun, new rides featured, some glorious roads up and around Snowmass and Aspen.

    I will be posting up some route maps for the drives when they become available.

    Remember track day is on Friday at Woody Creek, the Aspen Motor Sports Club private track. Limited to 40 MINIs and Minis.

    Lodging is all set for us at the Westin. Not yet registered for the event, however. I didn't see a cost listed anywhere...

    Really would like to go to an event tis summer.
    The date of motd is bad.
    The mountains run would work.
    Is is worth the 21 hour drive??

    Registration continues to be open, plan your August vacation around MITM and some other great activities in Colorado.

    The Friday Track Lapping event is real and fun, we are limited to 40 MINIs for the all day event. Track time in small groups by experience.

    Clean, safe and inspected MINI prior to event.

    No driving suits needed, Snell 2000 helmet or newer, cotton driving clothes, suggest you have leather upper shoes. No shorts, long cotton pants. Driving gloves are optional.

    If your MINI is competition prepped or on a trailer it must have a fire extinguisher.

    Good rubber on all 4 tires, all loose item in car must be removed before on track.

    Just some info. Ask questions, I will try to get you an answer.

    Everyone who will be driving on track must attend the morning drivers meeting.
