Now that's a calendar I'd like to see!
-
Kinda like a MoM, but with a C in front...??
-
42?
Figured it was more like 5... -
Speaking of calendars...Adam did you get a Countryguy that can be added to a COM or MOM or M/A calendar, next year?
-
Not yet. She is on a Merc. GLK350 kick at the moment. As scary as that is, man they are nice.
-
Crashton Club CoordinatorBuy the extended warranty.:yesnod: If she drives one of those you will never get her into a Cross Trek.
-
Yeah. I can't really find a crosstrek with all the stuff she wants. Namely black interior and heated seats. We really should DRIVE a countryman to know for sure. Problem was the Merc was the first one we've checked out. It's sort of interesting. I like it's a somewhat normal N/A V6 ect compared to turbo 2 liters. Those scare me more. I guess if the electronic headrests fail on a Merc then they could simply remain broken. Luckily I'm moderately inclined to work on cars. I looked up "service B1" since one car said it on the dash and laughed at the Merc owners forum members. "Yeah, it was $800". It's literally inspection, oil, air filters, maybe brake fluid. Like $160 max DIY.

I always liked those, and they do look WAY better than the Countryguy...On the downside Nick probably won't let you into the COM calendar next year... :-(

Here we go

Looks ready for a paint job. Scuff it up on the brier bushes in Tar Hollow then spray with the color of your choice.
-
Haha yep. I actually called about it. Skeezy place for sure.
No way to know what could be hiding under that wrap. Otherwise a dark grey 50K mile Touareg on $2100 wheels seems pretty neat. Little ABT lip kit is a nice touch.
Oh well. Another GLK350 to look at tomorrow. I have searched out a TON on transmission problems so now Im pretty terrified about them. -
Why go SUV/CUV, when this is available right now.....

That's a sweet looking car. I really like it, but not the miles or high price. BMW out of warranty, no thanks.

Have you looked a VW Tiguan? Those are pretty nice, you should be able to buy a CPO for around 20. If you don't mind a Toyota there are lots of off lease RAV4's out there in your price range.
-
She doesnt like the Tiguan. Too odd looking to her. We have a 15 Rav4 now and she hates the thing. I do too...Im sure its reliable but it feels cheap and crappy all around. 2 years is enough with it.
We still havent looked at the Q5s, but I dont really know about Audi 2.0T engines....heard not-so-great things.
