Am showing up Saturday morning with a botched 3M Paint Defender application on the hood of my "new" ride (chronicled here: http://www.motoringalliance.com/forums/exterior/18400-3m-paint-defender-mixed-results.html#post201432). Please be kind :blush2:

 

Maybe we can buff it out in the parking lot???

Is this your first time out? I was nervous my first time out that someone would nit pick my car... no one really does that. If we do it's because we care and most anyone will help whenever a problem is spotted.

So no worries! I have paint chips... as does most everyone else. We all have nice cars though but it's not like we have garage queens and wax every weekend or anything... unless you are Mark (CHKMINI).

 

Got a cordless grinder you can bring?

 

I have an air chisel and a portable air compressor I could bring?

 

The wonderful thing about that spray is it is removable. I think once the technique of laying it down is mastered that will be sweet stuff.

 

I'll have to try to make it next time. Too much going on right now with buying a house.

 

Apok, take a break from whatever you have on your schedule and come have a donut with us....I'll buy yours....want to see that R53!

Nah. Yours gets a good bit of driving at least. It's always spotless though. I'm just jealous.
