    What's your motive here? Make everyone feel uncomfortable around each other?

    The great thing about this group is if you don't like someone you don't have to hang around them. I mean we already kind of do this. Just walk away. Who cares? Or you can take everyone with the grain of salt and deal with the quirks.

    We basically did the Brewery Drive through Alice Rd section (with a few changes) and the caught 32 into Athens via 689 (which was freshly paved and awesome!).

    I was very impressed with the GTI's handling and surprised how quickly I could pick up speed between corners. The DSG in manual mode was incredible, but made me change my hand position slightly to keep them close to the paddle shifters. I only had to change gears with the shift knob a couple of times' mostly when turning from stops signs or traffic lights. The handling was not exactly MINI like, but I think with a couple of suspension mods I will be able to surpass the Clubby's handling and still be a couple $k under it's the price I paid for it.

    No grumble here, just on observation that slower traffic presented the opportunity to enjoy the remaining fall foliage. Made me realize that sometimes we spend to much time speeding through life (or down twisty roads) and don't always appreciate what is going on around us.

    Would this be an all day thing? I would like to get a run in before winter to baseline the handling.

    First post updated.

    The roads will be pretty much the same as only a few of us got to drive them. I'll change the parts that didn't work. I'm open for any suggestions also.

    The last time the whole thing was about 4hrs with all the stops for issues. Hopefully that won't happen this time. Take your Dramamine early. I have a spare belt.

    I'd suggest we all park next door to Tim's in the Skyline Chili lot. That way we don't have to deal with the flood of cars at Tim's. :donut1:
