Just make a list of cars that are not acceptable: smart, Toyota prious (anything hybrid)/echo, Geo, Kia, Pontiac Aztec/sun fire, Saturn, Plymouth prowler.... So on and so forth.
Type of car doesn't matter to me. It is not like you'd be seeing any of those after the first couple of turns in the road anyway. :smilewinkgrin: Me thinks having a list of approved or disapproved qualifies the list maker's & list user's as car snob's.
I'm sorry I started a list. I tried to be inclusive with but alas, others seemed to have taken that as a way to create a list of those they deem undesirable. To me, all are welcome. I'm a car guy that just happens to be in a MINI phase right now. Who knows what will be next for me. Could be a hybrid, could be a ??? So who knows.

This is very true. Along with me being a car snob. My thought process is the same as when I buy fine whiskey and premium beer. If I'm spending the money I may as well get something I'll enjoy thoroughly. However, if you notice, my list of cars is absurd. They wouldn't be caught in a "car club." I use "car club" just to make a point... That would in fact be frightful if used seriously.

I couldn't believe it when Ronbo was telling me of the "souped up" prius' in SoCal. I guess they mod anything out there. Yes Chris #8 is the same. Is The Scott coming along? I have the revised route done. It was suggested to drive back roads down instead of 33. The added time means a finish in mid afternoon instead of late lunch. So I'll put it to the group. Longer drive or lunch at the Bar-bq place?
