What's a pc club?
Bunch of geeks around their personal computers.
I'm thinking pancake club....
I must not be a member then because I'm on a plane sitting around my iPad. Does that put me in the iP Club?
...then the bs must be Berries and Syrup
Or blueberry syrup.
I have grumbled about slow cars, but no more than any one else. I don't know where you get screaming on the radio from.
It's people like this that just ruin it for everyone else. If you have to vent take it off the board. No one wants to hear the rants and raves.
With that said who else is out?
Should I just cancel the run?
Nice photo but that looks like a bit too much butter for the volume of pancake.
I disagree. It's not enough butter for the volume.
Nick, do the run....I wish I could make it but I have an early afternoon commitment that I can't change. The Hocking Hills should be ablaze with fall colors and sporty little cars.
I apologize, maybe screaming in the radio was a little harsh. I've been struggling with how my thoughts come across recently on here. I will admit that I was basically using you as an example of something I have been noticing more and more over the last couple of years (more than likely not a MINI specific thing).
Your right though Nick, I won't vent any more on the board. I'll make my comments about you and anybody else I disagree with behind your back or when you are out of earshot like several others on here (insert alterior agenda) and pretend we are one big happy family.
You should by all means still do your drive (I'm still doing one on Saturday). :biggrin5:
What's your motive here? Make everyone feel uncomfortable around each other?
The great thing about this group is if you don't like someone you don't have to hang around them. I mean we already kind of do this. Just walk away. Who cares? Or you can take everyone with the grain of salt and deal with the quirks.
You are completely right about this group. In the past I've tried to make all feel welcomed, but now I've realized that there a very few "friends" and more just "acquaintances". So with that said, I decided that there is no reason to suppress my true thoughts and opinions.
Some of this maybe be a result of having two uncles pass away in the past week and having to spend time with my extended family and listening to the all the comments being made behind peoples back and them having no clue what was going. I sat back and realized how much MoM is like a dysfunctional family. It is probably more because of the length of time that some of us have known each other.
BOYS! Just because you can bicker about something doesn't mean you have to. Get another hobby.
And no tacos for you!
I like tacos, Carol.....
Actually, there will not be any tacos for me this year.
There is a variety of food on offer. All of it good. I'll gladly share with you.
Am in maybe - gotta check first
