I love hanging with the old fellas. I was asking because last time we drove up together and wasn't sure if Mark would like me to go with Blake again.

Never gone before. My wife and I are both really looking forward to it. Those of you veterans, have you ever stayed here? Treehouse Cottages Wondering 1) how they are (seem to get decent reviews), and 2) if they're ok, why is there still vacancy? I thought everything got booked super early.
I've stayed out there before, not the exact same place but a place that far away. It's a 1/2 hour drive at the speed limit to get to Fontana. Places that far away tend to get booked later.
I don't think the "off-site" lodging is that big of a deal. You have a small commute to Fontana to start and in your day. Otherwise you are out on drives or hanging out at home base with all the activities going on. At Fontana you can get meals, cold sweet tea and you are good to go. I saw the ad for those tree houses. They look pretty nice.
The real fun starts when you get there... Groups are fun on the way home, well they are for me at least. (Just to make sure I actually go home.)
The ones leaving at 5:00 AM from Grove City will just be a bunch of MINI's running south together at a spirited pace...it's surely not a caravan, a parade or a gathering. Because no one else wanted to see the sun come up I drove down alone last year.
