The write in vote actually won. So The Pub - Polaris is the new location. Check out the calendar for more information.
We know Bela Lugosi, nice place, but not cheap.... I like it. Red Robin, been to on in Cleveburg, OK.... Route 66 Grille, Babs & I went there once not long ago. I would not go back. Cantina Lorado, haven't been there, worth a try. Mark likes it so that is a plus. Silverback approved.
I think if Bel LAGO is too expensive then so is Cantina Largo. Red Robin is fine. I'd be willing to give Rt 66 another try since I had a good experience there and it's really a fun atmosphere. OR like I said, rotate around.
It could be that Babs & I caught them on an off night. The parking lot would be great for us. We are willing to give it another try if you are. Cost is not a huge deal for some folks, but is for others. :yesnod:
Please add a vote for Red Robin, I thought I could vote for 2, but when I clicked Rt 66 my Red Robin vote went away. Not sure how people would feel about it, but on a Wednesday night we could go anywhere downtown and own the joint as downtown is a ghost town week nights.
I would agree with this. Good idea. Add a vote for whatever is winning. I think I might be able to make it late, as I usually work until 730. Wanted to be sure to get my vote in. =D Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeah that was super funny. I think it calls for a smily face. I've got a cookout to attend so I guess I can't make it out this time. I'm looking forward to December though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes, good place to eat but maybe a little expensive for this group. They have a dynamite Sunday Brunch buffet.
Not sure if we can get into the Miller's Tavern. The Buckeye Triumphs were suppose to meet there next month but they wanted a bunch of money? I don't know all the details. A small group might not have a problem. City BBQ has this thing where a percent of all the meals goes back to the club. I would like to think other places would have the same deal??? Some thing to think about?
Yeah, my roommate works for City BBQ and they usually have pretty good deals on group things. And we have a killer City BBQ on Main and 270. It is OUTSTANDING. Tuesdays are buck a bone rib day... AMAZING! :eek6:
The only golden coupon I got was a "Golden Buckeye" card, and I shredded it immediately along with my AARP card. Then I had to go for counseling. All is better now.......
We should do a Rib Tuesday with an open drive to anyone who wants to come. I know, I know this is a MINI enthusiasts forum, but I wouldn't mind driving around with some different breeds. I think it would be cool to do sometime! About the ARP and Gold Cards well, I have about 30 years before I will talking about those again. HAHA!
