Well, looks like I'll probably go with either a JCW exhaust with resonator delete (if I can get one reasonably) or an Invidia exhaust.

The burble and pop is more of a 1st Gen thing, the 2nd gen's don't make that sound because they are so much better than the 1st Gens.

Just checking back in on this thread. Post LCI on the r56 has tons of burble. I guess I should have been more clear as to which exhausts are more likely to increase it. -
4th gear seems to be a good spot for "burbleness" & I'll check into the JCW exhaust. Anyone have any experience with the invidia exhaust?
