I'm glad for Aaron down in Knoxville. I hope he gets a bump in sales from this.

 

Guess with mini/bmw fragmenting the market with so MANY different models, they decided the AVERAGE END USER is more likely a soccer mom/i-phone toting hipster ( the NON-MODDING...NEVER CHECK YOUR OIL TYPE)than an accessory buying enthusiast who spends $$ on their car....
Their recent deals did look pretty good, but their pricing was always just slightly lower than mini mania....meaning, imo, far to high to do more than a small volume of sales from folks who didn't/couldn't look elsewhere......
Still sad to see one less company selling stuff for a brand that is SELLING MORE VOLUME.....just tells you something about the current MINI buyer.....

 

Just tells you MINI owners don't like paying over priced parts that's all

 

Maybe MC 2 will be next.....

 

Oh well! He'll get over it.

 

I thought MC 2 had gone out of business. :lol:

 

Will miss our annual drives up there. And did hate having to pay tax on mail order items.

 

Sorry to see any business (or portion thereof) go, but this was coming for a long time.

 

The only thing Barry should worry about is outliving his rag of a magazine.
