    It's that time again, and the tradition continues. Once again I will be offering the MOTD embroidered patches. This year, in honor of the new Countryman color called "Brilliant Copper" and also to mark the first year for Snooter's new black and copper MINI Cooper S Convertible, the patches will have a (you guessed it) copper background.

    Patches are 3.5 inches, with full embroidery. They are $5 each plus $1 shipping. Proceeds will benefit the Graham County Food Pantry. Patches will be mailed in mid April. MOTD Veteran patches also are available in limited numbers.

    I also have limited supplies of the MOTD 10 patch from last year and some other years as well, along with MOTD Veteran pins and all my other goodies. This year, the pins and other stuff will be for sale only at Fontana. Only MOTD 11 and Veteran patches are available for the pre-sale.

    Last year you were attempting to do a large "Jacket Back" Patch, any chance of doing it this year?

    I want to. There are some concerns that MINI would not like it. Since I am now a Motoring Advisor and we know there will be several high-level MINI people there this year, I have to be cautious. I may be able to do something with altered wings that are still symbolic. How would you feel about that?

    done. I'm gonna have to rearrange/eliminate some old patches on my jacket to make room for the new ones. I've got a COTA patch, a Key West patch and the MOTD 11 patch to put on the jacket.
