If I want to have any mods done by the vendors there do you need to contact them and set it up in advance or is there usually availability? I'm not thinking of anything extreme, maybe just some side stripes.
Most of the vendors will post a sign-up list to schedule installs for various things. Any custom stripes or graphics should be ordered well in advance and you can have them installed while you're there.
