Just make sure you tell him to not try and keep up because he cant and it will end badly.:lol:
Yea we have talked about that. His car has a lot of suspension mods: springs, shocks, adjustable camber plates and 1in square tubing welled to the the sub frame. I plan on running the Dragon with him a few times so he can find the limit. The car is a beast. It handles good but not like a Mini. He would argue that point.
So for anyone planning on going to Outmotoring after the Donut Run the Devil's Triangle route is real close. Devil's Triangle/ I'm planning on doing that run after Outmotoring if anyone else would like to go.
I've driven that group of roads in the triangle twice. They are nice & you should enjoy them. Great idea Nick.
Sounds like fun, I didnt get to run the triangle on the way in with the rest of the Colorado peeps last year... As long as you have room for a Porker, it sounds tempting!
Nice gesture Nick. My experience is, print the maps out, hand them out, even print out a route book, but folks won't bother to read them, just tailgate the car in front of them. There are a few exceptions to that rule & that makes the work worth while.
But people get lost and need to find their way. The most important one will be from donuts end to Out Motoring then to the Triangle.
I understand Nick, that's just my experience. I'm sure yours will be different. It is nice of you to be trail boss for the cattle drive.
Suspension mods maybe, but it still had that *&#$ live rear axle for too many years, and there's only so much you can do....... finally they have wised up and are getting rid of it...
