The only runs I'm planning on participating in are the Donut run, and Blimey's Run of Terror. I have no plans to participate in a centipede parade of the Dragon. I'm making this trip an excuse to see some family in the area, so I'll have other things to do (they live 20 minutes from the base of the dragon). I do look forward to finally meeting y'all, though. Where will everyone be hanging out on the evenings?
Fontana Village for the most part, even though some of us gave cabins elsewhere... Wherever Daves cabin is, and the Stonehenge fire pit are the hot spots at night. Your ride schedule sounds like mine... Wide open for whatever we can do wide open! Thats the best way to do any MINI event in my opinion. There is so much to see in the area once you break free from the groups and get out on your own.

Bingo. My plan is to arrive Thursday afternoon around 3-4, check in, try to find one of you guys and say hi, then head out to see my family for the night. Then see everyone bright and early on Friday morning. I look forward to beers. :beer

Can't wait to meet you and see Isobell! I have checked out some of your build threads and I could only wish to have the artistic talent to pull something like that off. I'm a big fan of rat rods, steampunk, and the like. Anything art/mechanical. Your build rocks! I just bought my mini a few months ago after many years of wanting one and cannot wait to see the possibilities and get ideas at MOTD. Just cleaning her up, replacing some faded/cracked emblems and driving her down in a few weeks. After MOTD - let the mods begin!
