This is only 60 miles from my house. Luckily I'm not on top of mammoth cave though. Far as I know anyway.

There's a 20+ sec gap in the middle, hang in there, but there's nothing after 3:22.

They should leave em "AS IS" and take them to Barrett Jackson and see what people are willing pay....A wrecked 1 of a kind vette that was sucked up into a sink hole..A cool car with a cool story could fetch a pretty penny.....

It would make a really interesting exhibit if they just left the cars down there and built a glass floor over all of it.

Lots of people talk about Gaia like she's some "loving mother" or something.
Obviously she's a nasty iron-and-rubber-eating b!#&%. -

Just saw this, this is crazy. Never heard of sink holes until I moved down south. They are common and they like to suck up houses, sometimes good portions of the neighborhood. Glad to hear no split window found it's way in that hole.

I am sure they are all very well insured plus all of them will be repaired / restored by the best in the business.
The floor is another story.... -

I think it's crazy they said the museum would be open anyway. Minus that area, obviously, but that's still nuts. They decided pretty quickly that was a mistake and shortly after started pulling the rest of the 'vettes from anywhere near the hole.

the cars lost makes me sick: '62, and a Mallett Hammer....they will never be the same again.
