I don't drink coffee (prefer black tea) but my better half does, and all I know is he buys his coffee from Trader Joe's and hates Starbucks. So as long as it's better than Starbucks I'll commit to buying 2 bags of a special Motoring Alliance blend.Whole bean preferred.

I think this will work out perfectly! Thanks for setting that up. It shows who wants how many, so that helps too!

I agree! 3 to 5 cups a day can actually be really healthy for us!
Although, some people cant consume caffeine so we're glad we can offer an alternative for people to get their coffee in while still being able to have a great tasting cup of coffee.

Is that supposed to be the MA special blend?

Veterans are the big marketing tool these days. People are suckers for companies claiming to give money to veterans. Give me specifics. How much of the profits are going to exactly what registered veteran charities?
CD -
No one said the donations are going directly veterans. Although, I don't have a problem with that if that's what we choose. As a community here we haven't agreed upon which charity we would like to donate to yet.
- As Sully stated: All the proceeds will go to a charity MA and/or NAM chooses (assuming we can get 100 pre-orders)." With that said, the 1st 100 bags will cover the label costs (500 labels), bags and coffee. The other 400 labels/bags that are sold over time will be what is donated. Donations should amount to well over $3000. 400 bags would be like 50 people buying 2 bags per month for 4 months.
- Approximately 44% of the gross profits will go towards whatever charity is chosen.
- This isn't marketing hype. I am a veteran; this is a veteran owned company. I have and always will work with veterans. I've worked with veterans for years in many different capacities well before I started this coffee company. And I work with more people than just veterans in my community, I try not to limit myself to only veterans.
- I work with nonprofits outside of what I donate to personally and with the business. So I'm not biased to any nonprofit specifically, which is why I'm am more than happy to allow the members here (or at NAM) to pick the charity we donate the money to.
- I am also starting up my own nonprofit with my wife and 2 other friends who are business owners. My wife is a LCSW at CHOC in Orange County, Ca. She's has actually worked at the VA too, so she has some good hands on experience in that capacity. She is the lead to provide services to veterans, children, teens and adults in a variety of mental health capacities.

Ive noticed a lot of roasters are making cold brew blends that are obviously not cold brew beans, but meant to be great when making cold brew. While I love cold brew, the huge side effects I get from it have lead me to not make it or drink it anymore. With that in mind, do any of you make an ice cold coffee blend that is blended to best suit ice coffee? I do use and espresso machine and I love to use Peru, Mexican or Sumatra for the chocolate flavor and Kenya AA or Ethiopian coffee for the bright fruit flavor. So, if anyone has an ice coffee blend for a reasonable price, please let me know.
