I need to watch some tutorial vids to get the scoop on Google+.

 

I came away feeling much the same way as when somebody wanted to go for a plane ride: Get off the ground, climb to 3000', turn to the passenger and ask "Now what?". I'm sure it will become more clear as the ride progresses.
