Nice meeting you my friend. Hope the trip home was better than your last Dragon run. After a couple round trips on the reptile and the Pitts-Burger Run I am slap wore out. The Grandson and I are enjoying the A/C right now and don’t plan to venture out tonight. Tomorrow the Dragonfire Run in the AM, and Dyno at 1520. My buddy Dan was turned away from the dyno because they can’t get it to read an auto transmission. Said they’d tried a couple that didn’t work right so they just refuse to test the autos now. If that’s the case I might be able to get mine done earlier.

 

Thanks for the info Dave. It never even crossed my mind. If it had it would have been a short trip. Honestly I doubt anything was set up correctly. For some reason they couldn't test newer cars with automatic transmissions either.
It was good to finally put a face to the name, and to see your Mistress. Beautiful car.

 

A good time was had by all and it was great seeing old friends again and meeting new ones.

Watch out for random fireworks.

Lee that was a little 16 pack of firecrackers, because on Saturday night Colin got Josh and I with a 1,000 roll under our chairs while we were talking by our fire pit. Hahahahaha If you play the game, some times you win sometimes you loose. I win more than I loose. Hahahahaha

I've also seen tornadoes... well... I heard about 'em. Somehow (fueled by a beer pong game at the brew swap) I slept through it while out in my tent.

 

My roomie has a youngster at home and his wife is ill off and on. She was happy for him to get to MOTD with me..expecting we'd be back soon. So, in the end, he wasn't crazy about spending more time waiting for the weather to clear, the roads to be cleaned off, and the power to return. We got home a day early and it all worked out for the best because Fontana even ended up scratching the night we lost when we left as the storm hit.

 

I’ll be around the tent with Dave signing autographs on empty beer cans...

The weather has been really weird so far this year, and I don’t see that pattern changing. For all I know, it might actually snow again... So pack accordingly, you’re looking at possible highs and lows between -20/130 and it really can change in a minute.[emoji23]

Weren't you there when the tornadoes came? And when the power was knocked out for several days?

 

Yeah I have been their through all the crap weather and I always stay. I have still been to more great weather dragons than bad weather ones.
